Yes! All our events are hosted in English, so everyone in our community can join and follow along, regardless of background.
Is GDG KU Leuven an official part of Google?
Not exactly — we're an independent, student-run chapter that's part of Google's official GDG on Campus program.
How do I become part of the Core Team?
Applications for our organizing team open once a year, typically toward the end of the academic year. Join our mailing list to be notified the moment applications open.
How do I never miss out on an event?
You can follow us on Instagram or LinkedIn for updates. You can also join our newsletter to hear about new events the moment they're announced.
Do I need coding experience to attend events?
It depends on the event. Some are beginner-friendly and open to everyone, while others may require some prior coding knowledge. We'll always clearly state on the event page if any experience is needed.
30 students who show up, build things, and make tech feel a little less intimidating at KU Leuven. No two of us look the same, code the same, or think the same — and that's exactly the point.
