Depending on the selected domain, you get to solve a domain-specific, practical scenario simulating a real roadblock you’d solve on the team.
Interview
If selected, you get invited for a 30-minute culture and capability deep-dive with domain leads.
Welcome
Offers are extended, and onboarding begins. You are welcomed directly into our project sprints and chapter toolkits.
